Together without racism

Participatory education for 4th to 7th graders

Together without racism is a free-of-charge, anti-racist training for 4th to 7th graders. It is organized by Life Education Finland and All Our Children. The training helps to form a broad understanding of racism, its manifestations, and one’s own prejudices and privileges. Participatory lessons and workshops provide new information and ways for all participants – children and adults – to address anti-racist themes.

For professionals, the training provides an easy starting point to continue handling anti-racist themes in their work. The education package offers a process-like, deeper learning opportunity than a single lesson and provides the teacher with tools to include the topic as an active part of classroom teaching.

Together without racism is provided free of charge for schools. The project is co-funded by the European Union.

We provide trainings in English all around Finland. Please contact the Project Coordinator and invite us to your school!
